Nicole Kidman and her husband, Keith Urban, attended the premiere of “Margo at the Wedding” at the New York Film Festival. They looked picture perfect and happy.

This was a far cry from singer Keith’s last private encounter with the press. He crashed his motorbike while running away from photographers tailing him. He had planned to attend an A.A. meeting while he was in Sydney, Australia and wanted to shake off the paparazzi.

Keith has been in the news for his addictions to substance abuse. Marriage has not left abuse behind but he is actively helping himself by staying in rehab or attending the outpatient clinic and meetings. Nicole stands by her man and has remained fiercely protective of her privacy by refusing to comment negatively on anything.

Keith works on cleaning up his act before fathering any children as the offspring might inherit genes that code the addictions.
