Rita Cosby, a journalist and ex-employee of MSNBC news, is the subject of a lawsuit because of her book, “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nichole”. Rita Cosby claims that Howard Stern and Larry Birkhead were gay lovers.

The men supposedly have a sex tape somewhere. The homosexuals were accused of dividing Anna’s assets between themselves in a gain-gain situation. The book accuses them of brokering the deal which allowed Larry to gain custody of Dannielynn while Howard gains the lucrative manipulations of being the executor of Anna’s estate. Remember, this is what Rita Cosby and the source wrote about.
Rita and her publisher, Hachette Book Group USA, are due to take the heat soon. Howard Stern, being the law professional he trained to be, has filed a law suit against Rita. He demanded $60 million in compensation and punitive damages. That’s way over-rated.

I won’t buy it until there is HARD proof. I think just about everyone involved in the AN story are in it for the $$$$ including her mother……just sad really…..can you hear her screaming in the afterlife???
Although I do believe H.Stern was an enabler. He loved her (that much is obvious) and probably tried to get her clean. (I said probably)But take it from a former addict and manipulator, if you want things bad enough you find them anyway you can.

After watching Larry Kings interview with Howard K Stern and his lawyer,I would say that Rita Cosby is in a world of hurt. She better pack her bags and head to another country. I sure wouldn’t want Stern and company taking me to court.Cosbys’closes friend seems to be Anna’s mother Vergie Author.It makes you wonder if Vergie even read the book or maybe we should wonder if she can even read.I don’t understand how she could befriend someone who wrote such garbage about her daughter.
