Does Mel Gibson look drunk?

It looks fishy on two accounts.
Someone drinks open mouthed like a fish, surrounded by men. He could be drinking coffee and discussing his old movies.
Mel Gibson, 51,was photographed at a bar in Bali, Indonesia. Mel apparently has gone back on his promise to become a teetotaler after his brush with DUI (driving under influence) in California in July 2006. Not only that, he was SUI, an invented acronym for Speeding Under Influence. One year of enforced Alcoholics Anonymous meetings has passed and he seems at home at the bar.

Mel isn’t the only one who tripped. His spokesman made an ambiguous remark. To avoid further mis-understanding, the priceless gem is quoted here in verbatim; “people should not be so quick to assume things. Unless he is there drinking water, coffee, tea or soft drinks, they’re hawking misleading photos.” We think the spokesman tripped by omitting the crucial word “not”.
Mel shows the world he desires to walk in the footsteps of Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, Madonna and Shakira. (Notice the gender of the predecessors. Maybe he has a slight problem there too?) He traveled to Costa Rica to meet up with President Oscar Arias to discuss how he can help the native Costa Ricans. (Is it about helping the alcoholic trade and jews ethnic peoples?)
