Heidi Montag just recently opened up to the world about her Boob job and nose job with an interview with Us Weekly.

The Hills star confirms that she has undergone a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation earlier that month.

The 21 year old aspiring music and tv star stated that she enlarged her breast sizes from 32A to a 32C.

Below is her interview with US Magazine-

Us: Were you ever teased about your appearance?
Heidi Montag: “People would say, “You have such a big nose!” And they’d make fun of me for being so flat, and say mean boy things, like, “If you nailed two nails in a board, they would be bigger than you are.” I was tormented. And when I was older, I’d want to be intimate, but I’d feel insecure. My boyfriends always had bigger chests than I did!”

Us: Tell people why you had the surgeries.
Heidi Montag: “I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, okay, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore push-up bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”

Us: A lot of people believe Spencer Pratt pressured you into surgery, since he’s made his love of Playboy bunnies known.
Heidi Montag: “He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, ‘maybe you should think about it a lot longer.’”

Us: Take people back to April 2, the day of ­surgery.

Heidi Montag: “I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a big deal. Before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I wanted it so badly.”

A dress costs a cool $450 per piece. Guess the tag for a cashmere coat - $995. Cashmere is just the right antidote to nurse the shivers.

Last but not least, only the high end specialty shops like Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Intermix can afford to sell the Olsens’ affordable fashion brand.

Angelina Jolie and her companion, Brad Pitt welcome a new member into their fast expanding family. The name is Lennie. That name is strange enough if it brings the instant recall of Lenin. While the gender is unconfirmed, the name might pertain to a male. He is nothing short of a white pit bull. He is handsomely endowed with a cute puppy face.

It seems that the original reporting source for this story consulted Pit Bull Rescue Central. The reported response was that a young pit bull is untrained and un-initiated towards children. There might be a risk factor there. Or make it several risks.

According to the Pit Bull Rescue Central website, the pit bull is generally bred for the pit because of its genetic composition. It can also be bred to aid humans in therapy work, weight pulling and other useful dog occupations.

Elton John is involved with a Child Pornography case after he submitted a photo to an Art Gallery. The photo was seized by police.

Art gallery bosses at The Baltic Centre For Contemporary Art in Gateshead, England have withdrawn the explicit photo a day before the exhibition is due to start on Wednesday (26Sep07), reports British newspaper The Sun.

The photo, taken by famed photographer Nan Godin, features two young girls posing provocatively - and is one of 4,000 pictures used in the Sir Elton John Photographic Collection. The Rocket Man hitmaker is said to admire the “directness, truth and poignancy” of Godin’s work.

Police are said to be investigating whether the gallery has broken the law for using the image. A police spokesperson says, “Who owns it or owned it is also part of the investigation.” John’s publicist declined to comment.

Elton John and Michael Jackson have two things in common now- They are both gay and they both love little boys!

He makes her walk on crutches in public.

George Clooney’s new movie, “Michael Clayton”, premiered on Monday. Like the dutiful actor and moneybag, he showed up immaculately dressed in a black suit, with a bit of collar undecided to be in or out. George hid his injured arm in his jacket sleeve.

His girlfriend, Sarah Larson, was on crutches after last weekend’s motorcycle crash. Sarah braved the photographers’ onslaught of flashes. She was all smiles. After all, George Clooney might be her biggest catch. She looked beautiful from the face up. Her choice of dress is regretful. There are better sacks than that shapeless bag.

To give George credit, at least he was faithful to Sarah. A lesser man could have found a two legged substitute to walk with at such an important event. Ka-ching!

Batman’s The Dark Knight.

The latest Batman movie, The Dark Knight, suffered a blow when its special effects technician was killed in a freak accident. Warner Bros. released this statement on Tuesday. The set of Batman seems jinxed from the start. Earlier in September, Yahoo reported that The Dark Knight received the nay or prohibitions at its scheduled location, Hong Kong. The officials voiced concerns that the production set would raise the noise levels of the already polluted city and disrupt the slumber of the residents.

The fatality happened when a stunt vehicle was doing a rehearsal run and the shooting camera platform on a moving truck crashed into a tree. There are no official explanations of what exactly happened as Britain’s Health and Safety Executive said that it is investigating the cause of this accident.

The cast and crew are probably feeling the spooks about this mortality. Warner Bros. has released a statement voicing the bereavement, that they “are deeply saddened by this tragedy and their hearts and prayers go out to the family and loved ones of the deceased.”

Apparently Britney Spears is really trying to lose some weight and is taking some drastic measures to do so. She’s been using diet pills and an asthma inhaler to supress her diet.

According to Fox News-

Rather than engaging in exercise and a healthy diet, friends now fear that the “Crazy? crooner has instead turned to extreme measures to pop the pounds.

OK! Magazine is reporting that Spears is using an asthma inhaler to suppress appetite along with diet pills, and is even throwing up her food.

Insiders also recently told FOXNews.com that Britney had large volumes of the African appetite suppressant Hoodia shipped to her house.
