To duet or to duel?
Reba McEntire is the current reigning queen of country music and she isn’t about to ruin it. She has kept mum when approached by Jessica Simpson, who asked for a spot in Reba’s upcoming CD, “Reba Duets”. It was blatantly evident that Jessica wanted her place in the line, to get a ride into country music stardom. This story has a different spin when Reba’s spokesperson denied this.

Reba is rumored to have personally invited Kelly Clarkson and Justin Timberlake to sing duets in her new CD. Jessica put her horse before her carriage and made the embarrassing mistake of asking Reba herself before being invited by the hostess. In Reba’s defense, her representative denied that Jessica had ever approached Reba about “Reba Duets”.
Reba’s circle of friends includes fellow country music singers like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. The threesome once shared a 3 hour dinner at Vaticano, near Toronto. Tim showed off his belly after the long dinner.
