David Beckham’s Sexy Motorola Ads
Posted on September 15, 2007
Sexy David Beckham is promoting Motorola’s new mobile phone RAZR2 by baring his shirtless physique. The image with David and Motorola’s device will be used for introducing the Motorola RAZR2 handset in Korea. Motorola signed Beckham in 2006 as its global brand ambassador. The soccer sensation promoted the RAZR on the Japanese market with great success last year. Beckham’s deal with Motorola also gives the company the ability to embed exclusive Beckham content like screen savers and video clips of the star in Motorola handsets.
A knee injury has currently ruled David Beckham out for the rest of the US soccer season, forcing him to miss England’s Euro 2008 qualifiers against Israel and Russia. Beckham, 32, damaged knee ligaments during Los Angeles Galaxy’s Super Liga final defeat to Mexican club Pachuca. In total he has played only 310 minutes in six games for the Galaxy at a guaranteed salary of 6.5 million dollars a year. Undoubtedly, Beckham’s endorsements with companies such as Motorola will substantially increase his earning potential whether he can play soccer this season or not.
