50 cent sucks.

50 cent has paid dearly for his gamble on “Curtis”. His arch rival, Kanye West’s album, “Graduation” is fast selling hotter than pancakes from the oven. “Graduation” is selling at 575,000-700,000 copies while “Curtis” is in the 500,000-600,000 copies range. It remains to be seen if he has to eat humble pie and quit his solo record career just because he faulted out on his own challenge.

West caused a mini ruckus backstage himself when he waited out and eventually got slammed with disappointment when all 6 nominations for him  at the MTV Video Music Awards failed to win him any accolade. His meltdown was recorded and he voiced allegations of discrimination against his color. Maybe this explosion helped to make the rocket fuel that is selling his “Graduation” album. The loose change in the pocket is not for buying “Curtis”.
