The Osbourns Purchase $10 Million Mansion

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have purchased a 10,953-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. for at least $10 million, and the celebrity couple also has closed on the sale of their mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif.—where their MTV reality series was filmed—to singer Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman for an undisclosed price. The Beverly Hills mansion had been listed for $11,995,000.
The Hidden Hills property was built in 2001. The six-bedroom mansion boasts 10 baths and a pool and sits on a 2.349-acre parcel, according to public records.
Hidden Hills is a popular celebrity residential area. Actress Denise Richards is selling her mansion there for $4,100,000) and a home once owned by Howie Mandel is on the market for $5,495,000.
The 11,571-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills was purchased by the Osbournes in 1999. The MTV Osbourne reality series was filmed there from 2002 to 2005. Ozzy and Sharon listed the Beverly Hills mansion in May 2005 stating a desire for more land.

Well, living in Beverly Hills is quite expensive. Osbournes home is about 11,571 square feet so it equals to about $1000 per sq.ft. The grand total should equal about $11,571,000+. I should know this. I am surrounded by “money is no object” celebrities living in my neighborhood in Beverly Hills. Techinically, $400 to $500 per sq.ft. is ideal for a luxurious home in an upscale neighborhood.
