More Legal Troubles for Lohan

Lindsay Lohan’s legal problems are mounting. She’s already facing two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. In addition, there are two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and bringing contraband into a custody facility pending after her arrest on July 24 in Santa Monica, California, on July 24.
The arrest occurred after Lohan, 21, allegedly chased a car carrying her former assistant through the streets of Santa Monica while she was under the influence. Tracie Rice, a pregnant passenger in the vehicle, filed a lawsuit against the actress in Los Angeles County Superior Court today.Rice is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and is seeking unspecified damages and payment of expenses including medical treatment.
Lohan is currently in a rehab facility located in Oren, Utah. This is her third attempt for 2007 to get help at a treatment program. Will three times be a charm for this troubled starlet? Hopefully, she’s getting a clue that her partying isn’t really working for her anymore after this latest flurry of legal problems. Lohan was arrested on a drunk-driving charge previously this year.

Besides the fact that she is a major addict to everything bad for her she comes into contact with, including people.. she has burned out what could have been a healthy brain, she will have siezures, hallucinations, become mentally challenged and is probably exposed her genetic code subseptible to many diseases and cancers,will find it hard not.. to bear retarded, handicapped children, suffer sudden organ failures, heart and circulatory troubles, early aging. Arthritis, brittle bones, and a host of std’s; there is no way she is going recover quickly or mature to what she could have been., in other words she’s about her mothers age in health and her mother is a very very sick old lady.
