Spears Assistant Asked for Deposition

Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, recently told the Associated Press that one of Britney Spear’s assistants would be asked to give a deposition connected with the Spears-Federline issue though he didn’t give specifics. The attorney contends that its believed that Alli Sims has relevant information though he didn’t elaborate on whether the information relates to the custody of the two children shared by the couple.
There is a child custody hearing scheduled on August 14, 2007. Britney and Kevin have shared joint custody of their sons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and 10-month-old Jayden James since February. Their divorce was finalized on July 30.
