Top producers Jostle to Work with Kylie’s Amazing Ass
Posted on March 28, 2007Many of the UK’s leading dance producers are jockeying to be part of the highly-anticipated tenth album of Australian pop diva Kylie Minogue. The new offering will be Minogue’s first since she was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005 and is a follow-up to her 2003 album Body Language.
Tom Findlay, one part of popular English electro-pop outfit Groove Armada, says the band has submitted several pieces to be considered by Minogue. However, he knows they aren’t alone.
“Everybody is thinking of working with Kylie on this album and with good reason,” Findlay said.
“It’s going to be a huge album with all eyes on it. After what she has come back from (with breast cancer), every music producer I have met has submitted or is working with her on this comeback album.
“It’s a very competitive market and album. It would be great to be a part of that.”
