Springer returns to television with more quality entertainment
Posted on March 7, 2007The former “Jerry Springer Show” host and “Dancing with the Stars” contestant will host the second season of “America’s Got Talent” this summer on NBC.
Springer told The Associated Press on March 6, 2007 “I’ve been around some of America’s most talented individuals on my talk show,” he said, “so I’ll feel right at home hosting ‘America’s Got Talent.’”
Hopefully the contestants on this new program will have talents other than stripping and wife swapping – the usual fare on Springer’s trash t.v. talk show that ran for sixteen years.
