Michael Jackson and a hospital are being sued by the family of a patient who died after the King of Pop was rushed there for treatment. Now the family of 73-year-old Manuela Ruiz alleges that she was ‘treated like cargo’ and roughly moved from her E.R bed when Jacko and his entourage arrived at the hospital. Gomez died later that night, after suffering a heart attack earlier in the day.
