Teen queen Lindsay Lohan seemingly found a new in 2006. When she wasn’t fighting with the Simpson sisters or the Duffs, Lohan could frequently be found flashing her assets. At the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards– yes, kids. Lohan decided to go sans panties. As she hurried to the stage to accept an award, her dress rode up, giving shocked children an anatomy lesson their parents never intended. On several other occassions, Lohan “accidentally” exposed her bare breasts, further fueling analysis of her fluctuating chest measurements. Doesn’t anyone wear a bra anymore?
